Type locality: Java [Indonesia]. Lectotype designated by Thomas (1992)

Distribution: Sikkim, Assam, Nagaland (Dubatolov 2010), West Bengal (Gupta & Majumdar 2006), Uttarakhand (Majumdar 2010).
