Some new 4-thiazolidinones have been prepared having 2-isopropyl-5-methyl­phenoxyacetylamino moiety. The Schiff base from 2-isopropyl-5-methylphenoxy-acetylhydrazide were condensed with thioglycolic and thiolactic acid. The constitution was supported by it spectra.
