Description
The impact of freeze-drying on the origin determination of almonds by near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy was investigated. This upload contains four data sets of the same 72 authentic almond samples from six different countries of origin, which have been measured with NIR without freeze-drying and after 3 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours of freeze-drying.
