Full dataset containing PacBio sequencing data and gene conversion information output from Brepconvert, for the immunoglobulin heavy and light chain of six 3 week old Rhode Island Red chickens studied as part of the publication Diversification of Antibodies by Gene Conversion in the Domestic Chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus).
