Analysis of RNA transcripts in the liver and lung of healthy (n=2), SIV infected (n=2) and antiretroviral therapy treated (n=2) rhesus macaques using NovaSeq 6000 flowcell S1 at the Next-Generation Sequencing Platform, Genomics Center (CHU de Québec-Université Laval Research Center, Québec City, Canada). Gene symbols and amounts of transcripts per million (TPM) are listed for each condition.
