Description
In order to determine the optimal dose of GOA formol vaccine against rabies pasteurellosis, 30 rabbits were tested in the laboratory by subcutaneous vaccination in different doses. The study found that a single rabies vaccine against pasteurellosis had an average immune response of 1: 1,200 at 3 months and 1: 800 at two vaccines. The results of the study showed that even if 1 ml is injected subcutaneously, the effect of 3 months of immunity is found to be high, the article details.
