Original description. Schönborn 1965, P. 318, Fig. 1 m.
Description. Shell differs from the typical form by the absence of excavations on the shell. Measurements. Shell length 15 µm, shell width 11–14 µm, aperture diameter 4 µm. Habitats. Freshwater, recorded on Typha.
Geographical distribution. Germany, Poland.
