1. Unzip the file (you can use winRAR, 7-zip (https://www.7-zip.org/download.html) , or any other similar software) 

2. Micrographs are to be visualized by ZEN software or ImageJ (with suitable plugin)
(Zen lite is available via Zeiss official website, https://www.zeiss.com/microscopy/int/products/microscope-software/zen-lite.html) 
(ImageJ is available via NIH, https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/download.html)

3. GFP.Nanbodies were visualized at EGFP channel (488 nm), and mScarlet.LRRK2 at dodec-t (582 nm)
