Scripts that reproduce the results presented in the paper "Assessment of Prediction Uncertainty Quantification Methods in Systems Biology", IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics (DOI 10.1109/TCBB.2022.3213914). Four case studies, each of them consisting of an ODE model and simulated data, are considered. The ZIP file includes models, scripts, and results.
