Turbulent heat transfer in caves: From benchmark simulations towards real world applications

Description
We reproduce numerically a well known benchmark experiment for mixed convection in a cavity and apply our model configuration (OpenFOAM) to a simplified natural cave structure, both for typical summertime as well as wintertime conditions.
