Compartiendo conocimiento a los agricultores del estado de Puebla respecto al impacto ambiental derivado del uso de agroquímicos

Resumen
El conjunto de tecnologías que se usan para una agricultura intensiva se ha denominado revolución verde y abarcan el manejo de fertilizantes químicos, herbicidas, pesticidas, riego sin estudios de impacto ambiental, entre otras tecnologías. A pesar del basto conocimiento que se tiene referente a este aspecto, los agricultores de México y en especial los del Estado de Puebla no han recibido información adecuada sobre los riesgos que existen al seguir usando las tecnologías derivadas de la revolución verde. Por esta razón, con el apoyo del CONCYTEP se desarrollaron una serie de capacitaciones para mostrar algunos de los efectos derivados del uso de agroquímicos, se invitó a los agricultores a disminuir el uso de estos agroquímicos y brindaron alternativas ecológicas y sustentables para continuar con una agricultura sana libre de compuestos tóxicos al ambiente. Especialmente se mostró el uso de inoculantes de segunda generación como alternativa para asegurar el rendimiento de los cultivos, con la disminución del uso de fertilizantes nitrogenados, pesticidas y herbicidas.
