Abstract— The present article describes a professional development experience that was about critical data literacy. It took place in Uruguay with educators from more than fourteen countries in Latin America. 

Resumen —  El presente artículo describe una experiencia de desarrollo profesional que versó sobre la alfabetización crítica de datos. Se llevó a cabo en Uruguay con educadores de más de catorce países de América Latina.
