Adsorption maximum of sulfate is higher in inceptisols followed by alfisols and entisols being higher at low temperature (293 K). Bonding energy constants are of very low values in all the soils. The results also show highest negative ΔGo values in alfisols at 318 K and the lowest in entisols at 293 K. ΔHº and ΔSº changes are higher in alrlsols followed by entisols and inceptisol.
