Greengenes May 2013 unmasked 16S rRNA alignments
Description
These data are derived from the raw PyNast aligned 16S rRNA files from Greengenes. The Jupyter (Python 3) notebook used and the original data (provided by Greg Caporaso) are also included.
Notes
The notebook uses a local copy of the Greengenes release to establish the sequence IDs for each file.
