Mats.Combined.Annotations.IP.GN.RS.IMG.PA.SE.KO.zip : Zipped annotation file of MG-RAST annotations from 3 combined metagenomic binning datasets. Annotations are pulled from Interpro, GenBank, RefSeq, IMG, PATRIC, SEED, and KEGG.
