Description

This is the first release which minimally supports the fragment assembly procedure for converting TIS model to All-atomistic model (tis2aa.py). The TIS model is limited to the Denesyuk and Thirumalai's RNA model at this moment. A wrapper script (min.py) to perform minimization by Sander, AmberTools, is also provided.
