Description

The complete test dataset for STRIDE: Species Tree Root Inference from Gene Duplication Events. Each test dataset is contained within a subdirectory and contains the input files and the results of a STRIDE analysis. The script 'run_analysis.sh' runs the complete analysis. There are 3 simulated datasets and 12 biological datasets. The software is available from GitHub: https://github.com/davidemms/STRIDE
