A Commentary ( by قوله ) on the Shâfiyah, Fakhr al-dîn Aḥmad b. al-Ḥasan² JÂRABARDÎ (d. A.H. 746).

Clearly written in Nasta’lîḳ. The colophon runs as follows: تمتتمام شد نسخه شريفه جاربردى شرح شافيه بتاريخ بيست و يكم شهر رجب المرجب سنه (!) بيد اضعف عباد الله الصمد ياد محمد شاهجهانپورى , and is followed by some Persian verses.
