SORRISOS E ABRAÇOS NA ARTE TECNOLÓGICA DE ARTISTAS AMAZÔNICAS BRASILEIRAS

This article will deal with two pieces of technological art by Brazilian Amazonian artists in which artistic affection provokes the public. First, the smiling trees in Roberta Carvalho's video mapping series, entitled Symbiosis, will be presented, with digital video and photographic projections of human faces in the treetops of urban cities and riverside communities in the Amazon. Will visit the work About Mangueiras de Belém by Val Sampaio, in which the encounter with nature that involves the city is encouraged with the participative locative media. Sampaio performs an urban, physical and virtual intervention, with collective performance, cell phones and gps that leads to the hoses of the city of Belém in the northern region of Brazil. The work requires hugs in the trees along the course of the intervention for it to happen. Such singular works shed technological art for the reunion with nature and human affection

Este artigo versará sobre duas obras de arte tecnológica de artistas amazônicas brasileiras nas quais o afeto artístico provoca o público. Primeiramente, serão apresentadas as árvores que sorriem na série de video mapping de Roberta Carvalho, intitulada Symbiosis, com projeções digitais videográficas e fotográficas de rostos humanos nas copas das árvores nas cidades urbanas e comunidades ribeirinhas da Amazônia. Visitaremos a obra Mangueiras de Belém de Val Sampaio, na qual se incentiva com a mídia locativa participativa o encontro com a natureza que envolve a cidade. Sampaio realiza uma intervenção urbana, física e virtual, com performance coletiva, celulares e gps que leva às mangueiras da cidade de Belém na região Norte do Brasil. A obra exige abraços nas árvores ao longo do percurso da intervenção para que ela aconteça. Tais obras singulares vertem a arte tecnológica para o reencontro com a natureza e o afeto humano.
