Opioid receptor signaling suppresses leukemia through both catalytic and non-catalytic functions of TET2

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a type of heterogeneous and fatal hematopoietic malignancy. The ten-eleven translocation (TET) mediated DNA demethylation is known to be critically associated with AML pathogenesis. Here we studied the therapeutic function of opioid receptor agonists in AML, and revealed the OPRM1-TET1 regulatory axis in AML response to the agonists. All sequencing data (including RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, 5hmC-seq and 5mC-seq, etc.) and other raw data are included.
