Geometric percolation of colloids in shear flow

This repository contains code that 

• performs MD simulations under shear using LAMMPS
• Extracts pair correlation functions from the MD data
• Computes the percolation threshold from the MD data
• Numerically solves the pair Smoluchowski equation in shear flow
