Description

chr2 of the II1TDOM-542 mutant genome used in Bolt et al. 2022. It is an insertion of a 4242bp transgene between bases mm10:75,269,592 and 75,269,617. This site is within the TDOM between CS39 and CS65. The transgene is composed of the II1 distal limb enhancer, a loxP site, the human beta-globin promoter, lacZ, SV40 polyA signal, and second loxP site. The fasta was built from chr2 of mm10 (http://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/mm10/chromosomes/chr2.fa.gz).
