This repository contains the test system described in the Niu et al.. "Assessing and assuring interoperability of a genomics file format".

The bed directory contains the test harness containing test scripts, test cases, and configuration files.The Conda environment configurations are also available for reproduction. The fuzz directory contains the scripts and ANTLR4 grammars used to fuzz the BED format.
