This repository contains the raw data and code to reproduce results and plots presented in: "Addressing gaps in small-scale fisheries: a low-cost tracking system". The release contains:
- ssf_function.R. The R function developed for the analysis
- ssf_workflow.R. The R scripts to reproduce the analysis and the results.
- gps_data.csv. Raw data used in the paper
Notes
The work was developed within the framework of the ARGOS Interreg Italy-Croatia Project (https://www.italy-croatia.eu/web/argos). The code is also available at https://github.com/irbimMAPS/ssf
