This upload contains all replication material for "The software for interactive evaluation of mass spectrometric imaging heterogeneity" (forthcoming).

Code, manual, and data are located within Interactive_CSMM.zip. Code is written MATLAB R2019b and Python 3.5.2.
Please find the README.md for code using and the code to replicate the main findings of the paper described below:
- imzml2mat.py in conversion directory for file conversion.
