Description

Every day, the number of people who lives in the cities has been increased and for this reason, the challenges and problems which the governments have to deal to organize the urban spaces and people have been increased too. Then, this article has as objective to analyse urban spaces occupation and the aspects which associate people, emerging technologies and ubiquity, as a result all these items lead us for Smart Cities. To create a Smart City, it is necessary that the relationship between city, technological innovations and people makes the urban life better. On the other hand, the concept of being present in different places at the same time with these technologies and their interfaces make us ubiquitous human beings. The possibility to establish connections through network systems and the popularization of mobile gadgets: as mobile phones, GPS devices and recently, wearables (as bracelets, watches, rings and glasses), these made possible the integration between these environments and theirs systems which expanded the ubiquity of these relationships. With the objective to illustrate how these relationships happen at the development of a Smart City from the ubiquity concept and complexity thought, this article intend to analyse real situations of these projects: “Projeto Monitorando o Rio Pereque-Açu” at the city Paraty - RJ, "Copenhagen Wheel" at Copenhagen, "Projeto ZL Vórtice" coordinated by professor Nelson Brissac at East Area in São Paulo and "Projeto WZ Hotel by architect Guto Requena" also in São Paulo. At this article will be analyse cases which relationated the ubiquity concepts, smart cities plus interactives and digital medias. The bibliography references are urban spaces, inhabitants and interactives medias associated to Complex Though by Morin and Mariotti and the interactions and innovations concepts by Giselle Beiguelman.
