Description

Výsledky predkladanej pilotnej štúdie prispievajú k prehĺbeniu poznatkov o zmenách v koncentráciách proteínov ErbB2 amplikónu a ich význame pri štúdiu neplodnosti v IVF procese.

ABSTRACT

Infertility is a global health problem affecting people of reproductive age. Based on available data, 186 million individuals worldwide suffer from infertility, resulting in an increase in vitro fertilization (IVF). The aim of the present study was to detect ErbB2 amplicon proteins in the serum of women in the IVF process. The results obtained with ErbB2 amplicon levels suggest that deregulation of ErbB2 amplicon expression can lead to changes in the level of angiogenesis in infertile patients. The results of the present pilot study contribute to the deepening of knowledge about changes in ErbB2 amplicon protein concentrations and their importance in the study of infertility in the IVF process.
