The data set is released to support the paper: Xi, Y. et al. Trade-off between forestation and wetland conservation in China. Nat. Commun. (2021) (In revision). The NetCDF file provides the monthly inundated fraction over China for 2000-2015 at 0.5º × 0.5º spatial resolution, which is extracted from the initial GIEMS-2 data set (Prigent et al., 2020).
