Summary of sequence variations in strains of Sars-CoV-2
Description
This entry collects sequence variations of different strain of Sars-CoV-2 based on data retrieved from outbreak.info and/or covariants.org.
The json files are formatted to match the Feature API of aquaria.ws.
File names match the linage names of VOCs and VOIs.
CovidStrains.pdf lists Sars-CoV-2 proteins together with links that show how to map variations onto the structures.
