 2. VG1f.zip: zipped folder with the linear indexed VG graph generated from the ARS-UCD1.2 genome expanded with 11M variants from Dutta et al. (2020) prioritized with FORGe

 3. VG5.zip: zipped folder with the indexed VG graph generated from the chromosome-wide alignments of five cattle assemblies
