Beginning: قال سيد المرسلين و اشرف الاولين و الآخرين صلوات الله عليه و آله اجمعين اذا اقشعر قلب المومن من خشية الله الخ.

Conclusion: تم المجلد الخامس من الكشكول بعون الله تعالى و يتلوه المجلد السادس (!) انشاءالله بحسن توفيقه قد وقع الفراق (!) من هذه النسخة المباركة فى شهر ذى القعدة سنه ۱۱۰۶ .

This is the date of transcription of the copy. No sixth volume of the work is known to exist. ¹
