Design of Spoof Surface Plasmon Polariton based Sensor for Low Dielectric Constant Liquid Samples

Description

In this paper we propose a sensing platform for dielectric constant sensing based on a microwave spoof surface plasmon polaritons sensor and integrated chamber for liquid samples. The influence of different geometrical parameters on sensor response are analyzed, and the sensor performances are optimized for ultrasensitive detection of low dielectric constant in liquid samples.
