villa rustica at Waldling: 2016 – 2018's results

Description

Research activities carried out in collaboration with ARDIG, Archaeo Perspectives, and Römerweg OVILAVA are focusing since 2016 on the Roman rural site near the ancient Roman city of Ovilavis (today’s Wels).

Archeological surveys, drone photogrammetry, geophysical prospections, excavations, and OGD – which enabled us to draw a preliminary 3D floor plan based on the remaining features.
