Abstract:
In the generation of advanced innovative approaches, Agile methodology is not only restricted to Project Management and Supply Chain Network in Manufacturing Industries but expanded to HR practices. Agile Methodology extends its application beyond the utilization of the Kanban tool and emphasizes on creation of a framework to retain talent according to the culture of the organization associated. This paper would focus on the application of Agile methodology in HR linking talent management with general principles of managerial concepts to pace up business agility and enhance mindset transformation of talent to deliver value at speed.
