nPSize JSON file: image annotations

Global view to build: /dataset/annotations.json The json file contains relative paths to the .h5 files: /dataset/images/BAM/[BAM_images.h5] /dataset/images/CEA/[CEA_images.h5] /dataset/images/LNE/[LNE_images.h5] /dataset/images/VSL/[VSL_images.h5] The h5 files can be converted to 2D arrays. According to the initial image, it can be an array of uint8 (from tif images) or of float (from dm3 images and AFM Bruker files) This project has received funding from the EMPIR programme co-financed by the Participating States and from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.
