Toolkit on equality in governance structures, procedures and implementation

This Toolkit provides support for integrating EDI (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion) in governance principles of complex, large-scale, international, publicly funded research infrastructures (CoLIPRIs) and projects, like EBRAINS or the HBP. It is based on experiences and processes developed in the HBP. It covers important elements of governance such as organisational power relations, stakeholder management, questions of leadership and career development, principles for event planning and development of procedures. Additionally, the European framework for equality as well as terminology related to EDI are elaborated.
