Description
This dataset describes the RNA SHAPE (NAI) and DMS reactivities obtained for the catalytic core and Helix IV domain of Telomerase RNA from pathogen Trypanosoma brucei which causes African sleeping sickness. This study was conducted on both Bloodstream Form (Mammalian infective stage) and Procyclic Form (insect infective stage) of Trypanosoma brucei to determine its Telomerase RNA architecture. The data was collected across different samples like in vivo, ex vivo, Immunopurified and in vitro transcribed Trypanosoma brucei Telomerase RNA. RNA sequences studied along with the protocol used are also provided in the dataset.
