Description

Transcriptomic data were obtained as described in Rigotto et al. Int. J.  Mol. Sci. 2021, 22(19), 10562;   https://doi.org/10.3390/ijms221910562 . Data include coding and non coding RNAs expressed in C91/PL cells, a human HTLV-1-immortalized T-cell line, and in C91/III cells, a more aggressive counterpart of parental C91/PL cells, obtained  as previously reported  (Vicario et al., Front. Microbiol., 2018  https://doi.org/10.3389/fmicb.2018.01215).

These research data were obtained in Dr. Calabro's lab and coding RNAs were analyzed by Dr. D. Remondini. Analysis of non-coding RNAs has not been published yet.
