Description

This entry collects sequence variations of different strain of Sars-CoV-2 based on data retrieved from outbreak.info.
The json files are formatted to match the Feature API of aquaria.ws. 
File names match the linage names of VOCs and VOIs.
CovidStrains.pdf lists Sars-CoV-2 proteins together with links that show how to map variations onto the structures.
