Detailed open cluster chemistry from ground-based spectroscopy

In this talk I speak about how and why we want to understand the chemistry of stellar systems like our galaxy. And then in particular why open clusters are so useful in this context, and which things we have learned from high resolution derived chemistry in the recent years, coupled with the Gaia measurements.
