La noción de poder en la formación investigativa del docente por-venir

RESUMEN

El poder está asociado a diferentes concepciones; en lo filosófico, representa los valores como construcción humana para la transfiguración del ser, a partir del desarrollo de sus potencialidades; desde lo social, implica modalidades de: autoridad, fuerza, vigor, poderío, dominio, capacidad de convencer, persuadir y como mecanismo de control en los diferentes contextos familiares, socioeducativos, económicos, políticos, militares, entre otros, reconociéndose así, la existencia de una autoridad con potestad de mando. En la sociedad, necesariamente van a existir relaciones establecidas por las acciones ejercidas por y sobre los seres humanos. Lo importante es el control frente a las mismas, para evitar los conflictos como consecuencia del abuso de la influencia que se tiene. Con respecto a la relación de poder y la educación, se puede interpretar en diversas manifestaciones, en la capacidad transformadora del hecho educativo en contraposición a la reproducción de la cultura hegemónica predominante en un momento histórico determinado. Desde esta perspectiva, en el proceso formativo a través del discurso curricular, académico, el lenguaje y la interacción de los participantes, está reflejado en el ejercicio del poder en el hecho educativo. A partir de estas consideraciones, el presente ensayo tiene como propósito reflexionar en torno a los elementos de poder manifestados en la universidad en el proceso de formación investigativa del docente por-venir en el contexto venezolano.

ABSTRACT

Power is associated with different conceptions; in the philosophical one, it represents the values like a human construction for the transfiguration of the being, from the development of its potentialities; from the social one, it implies modalities of: authority, force, vigor, power, dominion, ability to convince, persuade and as a control mechanism in different family contexts, socioeducational, economic, political, military, among others, recognizing this way, the existence of an authority with power of command. In society, power relations will necessarily exist by the established relations of actions applied by and above human beings. The important thing is to control them, to avoid conflicts as a result of the abuse of influence. With regard to the relationship of power and education, it can be interpreted in different manifestations, in the transforming capacity of the educational fact as opposed to the reproduction of the prevailing hegemonic culture at a certain historical moment. From this perspective, in the formative process through academic discourse, the language and interaction of the participants is reflected in the exercise of power in the educational fact. From these considerations, this essay has the purpose to reflect on the elements of power that are present in the university during the process of investigative formation of the teacher to come in the Venezuelan context.
