This package includes implementation and model checkpoints needed for replicating the experiments in "Learning Realistic Mutations: Bug Creation for Neural Bug Detectors".

- contextual_mutants.zip - Contains all implementation for contextual mutations and the training of bug detectors

- checkpoints.tar.gz - Contains model checkpoints for different bug types trained on various types of mutants

Model configuration for Checkpoints:

Model Size: great (Transformer, 6 layer, 512 hidden, 2048 FFN, 8 heads, Sinoid position embedding)

Learning rate: 1e-4, Batch size 12.50K tokens, 100 epochs a 250K samples
