Data for manuscript In Situ estimates of Net Primary Production in the Open-ocean Gulf of Mexico submitted for Limnology and Oceanography Letters (LOL2-21-0119). 

Files 4902286.mat ~ 4902290.mat contains the Argo data and the corresponding satellite data.  

File monthlyClimatologicalNO3NH4.mat contains the monthly climatology of the total concentration of (nitrate + ammonium) for our research area.
