SuperEEG model associated with "Scangos, K.W et al. 2021. Distributed Subnetworks of Depression Defined by Direct Intracranial Neurophysiology.  Front. Hum. Neurosci."

 

Dataset includes the following files:

     FULL_MODEL.model.npy  -  SuperEEG model trained on the entire study cohort. File is in Python/Numpy-readable format. Each row/column corresponds to a pair of intracranial EEG electrode contacts.

     FULL_MODEL.locs.csv  -  Three-dimensional coordinates of intracranial EEG electrode contacts in Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI) format. File is in a comma-separated values (CSV) format.
