Description

We examined the effects of chronic pramlintide acetate therapy versus non-treated controls in APP/PS1 transgenic mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease.  Bulk RNA-sequencing of WT=6 (n=3/sex), APP/PS1= 6 (n=3/sex) and APP/PS1+ PRAM=6 (n=3/sex) samples was followed by HISAT2 mapping, and DESeq2 analysis to identify differentially expressed genes, using the AIDD pipeline (Plonski et al. 2020, https://doi.org/10.1186/s12859-020-03888-6 ). Included files are: read counts, with meta-data for each of 18 sample.
