This directory contains all data to reproduce the results from the manuscript "On contemporary local model fidelity and the reliability of pelagic oxygen projections" by U. Löptien, H. Dietze, R. Preuss, U. v. Toussaint


The files are:
o2_sobol_proj.nc: Contains the variance decomposition for the projected changes until year 2100 (k=1:6), standard devation (k=7) and ensemble mean (k=8)
o2_sobol.nc: Contains the variance decomposition (k=1:6), standard devation (k=7) and ensemble mean (k=8) for the year 2000

PCE.tar contains all files to compile an run the PCE-Method
 -> SEND2_paralell_3param contains the source code (fortran)
   - chose your compiler in the Makefile, adjust paths in in mod_trim.f90  and compile with make; start ./uq_pralell in the work directory  
 -> unqu.in contains the input parameters and has to be available in the work-directory
 -> TEMPLATE_DIRECTORY must contain a run-skript (run_queue.sh) for the model and has to be available in the work-directory
