Description

This is processed data used for analysis in a manuscipt currently being prepared for publication.
Samples of soil or sediment were taken from geothermal fields in the Taupo Volcanic Zone, New Zealand;
methane oxidation was quantified; DNA was extracted from each sample for 16S rRNA gene sequencing.
