Description

This archive contains two versions of the Energy Exascale Earth System Model (E3SM) maint-1.0 code: one with CondiDiag1.0 implemented and one without. CondiDiag1.0 is a set of code modifications introduced to facilitate online conditional sampling and budget analysis in the atmosphere component of E3SM. Also included in this archive are some sample run scripts and postprocessing scripts.

The E3SM maint-1.0 code (DOI: 10.11578/E3SM/dc.20180418.36) was obtained from the E3SM project sponsored by the U.S.Department of Energy, Office of Science, Office of Biological and Environmental Research.
