The benchmark files and scripts to reproduce the figures of the preprint  "EDEN: A high-performance, general-purpose, NeuroML-based neural simulator" ( https://arxiv.org/abs/2106.06752 )

The benchmarks require a computer running Linux with Docker installed.

Unpack the paper_experiments.zip file and follow the instructions in the README.md file to run the benchmarks and reproduce the figures.
