The monograph describes the pathogenesis of severe combined cranio-skeletal trauma and efficacy of cryopreserved fetal cells for regenerative processes in the body. The author has analyzed the state of the art, he presented his own material. The role nerveregulatory, hemodynamic, the oxidation, immunecytokine and structural-functional disorders for the development of multiple organ failure and for the flow of the reducing state of internal organs during fetal cells correction.

The monograph is intended for researchers of traumatology, pathophysiology, neurosurgery, for higher school teachers, post-graduate students of higher educational institutions.
